Western Water & Land provides the planning, budgeting, engineering, and permitting services required for proper stormwater management. Western Water & Land’s hydrologists work closely with local, state, and federal agencies to manage stormwater issues related to flooding, sedimentation, conveyance, and illicit discharge. We prepare stormwater management plans and permit applications for industrial, mining, and municipal sources. Our principals participated in work groups assembled by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division, during development of the draft state regulation and guidance for the EPA’s new NPDES Phase II Rule.
